Dear Members and Friends of the Malibu Mirage,

As you already know, we have been invited to hold our next meeting at Smets Aviation Service in Genk, Belgium from

Friday, 12th – Saturday, 13th May, 2006
with an option to stay until Sunday, 14th May.

Kick off: 1 pm, Friday 12th May.

Place: Genk EBZW.
Should Genk EBZW be closed due to bad weather, our alternative airport will be Liège EBLG, from which a shuttle service would also operate.

Rooms have been reserved for the overnight stay in the Hotel NH Molenvijver and ECU in Genk (only 8 km remote from the airport) at a special price. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel will be available.

For those of you who opt for the two-night stay, we are organising an excursion to Brussels on Saturday afternoon. The coach will be leaving at about 2 pm, the drive will take only about an hour, you will be able to participate in a sight-seeing tour, and the coach will be returning at about 11 pm.

Cost per person with one overnight stay: EUR 85,--
Cost per person with two overnight stays: EUR 145,--
Single room supplement per person per night EUR 30,--

These prices cover the cost of the bus transfers, the accommodation in the Hotel in Genk including breakfast buffet, a 3-course dinner on the Friday evening, as well as the excursion to Brussels with a 2 ½ - 3 hours sight-seeing tour with a guide to the high lights of the town.
