Participants must pay separately for the following:

Their own drinks like wine or beer etc. at meals.
On Thursday at the Catilina and on Saturday at the Mirabella appropriate and selected wines will be served with each course of the respective dinners. Each table will pay separately for its wine. If you would prefer to opt out, please let me know.
